Care of Nails, Hair and Skin during Pregnancy

I tend to have very weak nails that grow very slowly. However, when I got pregnant, I realised that my nails were growing at a much faster rate, my hair was looking thicker and more lustrous. However, as the pregnancy progressed, I noticed that though my nails were growing, they were also becoming weak and brittle.
