Be honest with your nanny. Let her know there’s a baby coming so she could make a choice to stay or leave. Make it clear that you are the mum and she is not. You do what a mum does and she only helps. Treat her well and value her because she is part of your baby’s life. Treat her with respect so that she in return treats your baby in the same way. Give her milk so that she is not tempted to drink your baby’s milk.
Be professional! Give her time off to relax and do her own things.
