Hi Banda, I gave birth early this year January. Since then, my weight has been reducing. Am not using any contraceptive and am feeding well. Is there anything I can do to improve on my weight?

No there is no much effect if it’s done a bit earlier or later. You can do it within 1-2 weeks.
The flu vaccine is not part of KEPI which is the national immunisation program but it is a good one to have as it protects the baby against the flu virus in season.
