Can you still express milk if you don’t have a refrigerator?

Yes you can. Expressed milk can stay up to 6-8 hours at room temperature. A little tip to keep it fresh, if you have a cement floor, fill a sufuria/pot with clean cold water and immerse the bottle with milk in it, then put the sufuria on the floor, the water temperature lowers and keeps the milk fresh for up to 8 hours.
