What should be done when, a child who is learning how to walk falls and there are no physical injuries?

– Examine the child and if they are alert then you know they are fine. If their response is still normal then that is an indication that they are fine.
– If there’s something odd like loss of consciousness, swelling etc; then you surely need to see a docter
