How do I cope with Nausea when I’m pregnant?

Some tips to cope include
- Get plenty of rest
- Nausea is sometimes smell related, try and avoid strong smells
- Avoid getting hungry, carry small snacks with you to eat before you actually get hungry
- Take plenty of fluids
- Ask you doctor for relief medication
- Ginger, mints, lemon water, crackers
- Try cold foods like salads, sandwiches etc
