I am taking care of a baby that is 4 months almost 5 and is not breast-feeding. Could this lead to other complications in future?

Since your baby is not breastfeeding, it is important to give them appropriate substitutes to ensure optimal nutrition for your little one.  Infant formula is recommended as it has been made to contain nutrients that your baby needs to meet their nutritional needs in the first year.  After 6 months ensure you feed your baby a balanced diet from all food groups (Carbohydrates, proteins, fats and oils, fruits and vegetables). Your baby will grow healthy and strong
