When you get a new nanny, encourage them to spend time together so that they can start bonding. However, if your little one looks hesitant or keeps rejecting her then this is a good time to listen to your baby. Babies are very good judges of character and will usually sense when someone does not genuinely like them. I would advise that you replace the nanny.
