Hey Baby Banda. I’m glad to inform you that I was blessed with a baby boy who’s now 4 days old. Thanks for being a part of this journey. My worry is that my baby sometimes takes long naps. What’s the maximum number of hours a baby is supposed to take?

Depending on your baby’s age, you can wake them up if the sleep too long. For most babies between 90 minutes to 2 hours is sufficient
