What type of food or drinks do you recommend that I use now that am two months pregnant? Am asthmatic and wonder if I can pass the same to my unborn child.

Eat a balanced diet with carbohydrates, proteins and lots of fruits and vegetables. Your baby would also be predisposed to getting asthma but you can decrease this chance by keeping a close watch to your diet during pregnancy to maximise your health and then once your baby is born, plan to exclusively breast feed your baby up to 6 months as studies have shown that this does reduce the chance.
