Answer for My son turns 5 months and I have never given him water or food, only breast feeding but nowadays, my breast milk is reducing day by day and I do not think it is enough for my baby. Is it right to start introducing my baby to food?

Ideally the recommended is exclusive breastfeeding until 6 months but if one is completely unable to achieve this, then you supplement with Formula until 6 months and then start the complementary feeding (weaning) at 6 months.
For weaning, start with starches and grains e.g. porridge, rice cereal and then gradually add fruits and vegetables. You should also introduce white meat (fish and chicken) at around 7 months to ensure your baby gets enough Iron.
