Appetite

My baby is 18 mmths old now and for the last two weeks she has been having a problem with her appetite.she doesnt want to eat.i dnt know what to do

Its normal for toddlers to have periods of low appetite as their growth slows down at this time. Toddlers are also trying to establish their independence and would prefer to eat foods that the rest of the family is eating, not “baby food”. Try and give baby your food from your plate, offer snacks that are nutritious through out the day, pieces of fruit, egg, pancake etc. Try also and offer favorite foods and do not force the baby, when they resist, relax and offer after a period of time has passed and baby will most likely be hungry enough to eat
