After an examination, the doctor/midwife informs you that you are fully dilated. You hear them say that the baby’s head is still high. What are the best positions for this situation?

Squatting. Someone could hold you from behind to squat. One could also go down on their knees as if doing a frog jump. The idea here is to move the thigh muscles in order to make the baby come down. Squatting is applicable when the baby’s position is right because sometimes the baby’s head is high due to unexpected baby positions. If the baby’s head is too big or baby is a position that cannot be birthed normally, then CS is inevitable.
