For sure the periods after I gave birth have given me headache. Don’t know how to deal with them. They come twice a month and in large amounts to the extent I don’t use sanitary towels and instead I use cotton. Kindly help me.

Please see your doctor so that they can do an examination and rule out infection or any other problem as its not normal to have a heavy period twice a month.
