Your baby should eat a wide variety of foods to meet his nutritional needs.
1. Cereals e.g. rice; then try barley or oatmeal; then maize e.g Ugali, millet or sorghum porridge, wheat and mixed grain infant cereal.
2. Meat and Alternatives Pureed or ground up meat, fish, poultry, meat alternatives (peas, lentils) and egg
3. Vegetables and Fruit – Grated or mashed vegetables eg courgettes, pumpkin and fruits
4. Other starches – Potatoes, arrow roots, sweet potato
