When you are pregnant, you may experience different discomforts usually caused by the pregnancy hormones. Your baby is also taking a lot of space in the abdominal cavity thus making your digestion sluggish. To ease this, take lots of fruits and vegetables, avoid eating junk food and fatty foods, eat small meals through out the day instead of big meals and take lots of water. You can also get a bit of exercise whenever you can like walking, swimming etc
