What can I do to boost my milk production? My baby is turning 3 months on 24 Oct en am reporting back to work.however I need to express milk for her but I don’t have enough..please assist

Start by breastfeeding and expressing milk often to increase production. The rule of supply and demand applies to the more milk is removed from the breast, the more milk is stimulated and this increases production. Try and express when you are relaxed and do not stress too much about it as this affects how much milk you will remove from the breast. Massage the breast with your warm hands and try to hand express a bit before using the pump. Take lots of fluids during this time as well.
