Eczema is a rash common in babies who have parents with allergies. Harsh soaps and detergents could also cause Eczema. The rash is found on the cheeks. Mostly in the first 6 months of life. And when they grow older, it appears on hands and legs. With Eczema, one needs to avoid harsh soaps on baby or on clothes and use oils for babies’ with sensitive skin.
