It is quite common to experience back ache. To relieve this;
- Ensure that you maintain good posture when sleeping, walking and sitting by keeping your back straight.
- Avoid standing or sitting for long periods
- Wear flat comfortable shoes
- Have your doctor check your iron levels, sometimes low iron levels can lead to backache.
5. Take enough dairy products to ensure sufficient calcium.
