Unfortunately it may be a bit hard to get milk since her body has never gone through childbirth. It is usually possible to re-lactate if someone has breastfed before.
You can however do a lot of Kangaroo holds and skin to skin contact to bond with the baby. Infant formula will be a good option to feed the baby.
