I have lost my appetite….

I have lost my appetite and am six and a half months pregnant.

It is quite common to lose your appetite during pregnancy. You can do the following

  • Eat small portions frequently through the day. Try to carry healthy snacks with you (fruit, nuts, sandwiches etc)
  • Avoid strong smelling and spicy foods
  • Get in some exercise to help increase your appetite ( yoga, walks, swimming etc)
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Plan for your meals so that you have a wide variety around you whenever you get hungry
