My daughter has been having tonsillitis that recurs weekly. She’s now 3yrs, still takes blended food, snores at night and bad breath. She has been taking antibiotics and I now want them removed, not by choice but because she’s suffering. Where can I get them removed without starting the clinic procedures since I know her problem and she’s been with it for the last 3yrs?
Please do seek a second opinion from a pediatric ENT Specialist. However, you can also boost your daughter’s immunity through diet so that she can be able to fight this infections by following these steps:
1. Give a fruit salad daily that can include different fruits in season DAILY. Ensure that she takes this when she is hungry
2. Add Cod liver oil to her daily routine as the omega three oils boost her immunity
3. Limit dairy to 500 ml a day as too much of it inhibits the absorption of iron which can lead to anaemia
