It would help to know how old your child is in responding to this question. Children do have preferences too though we still have to guide and provide for them to eat healthy. Include a variety of vegetables including green leafy vegetables and others such as courgettes, broccoli, and eggplant. Also include vitamin rich fruits such as Oranges, fresh juice, pineapples, mangos etc. Again variety of fruits is the key. In terms of starch, depending on the age, rice, spaghetti and cook potatoes in a different way. Children can get bored with one type of food and refuse to eat the food.
