MOTHERHOOD101 Workshops are stimulating, interactive one-day educational events where you meet with a panel of medical specialists and all your questions on pregnancy, baby care and motherhood are answered LIVE. You also get to interact and shop for both mum and baby products from leading baby brands plus a chance to win exciting giveaways! This event is free of charge and is open to both men and women.

Programme:
10am – 11am – Registration
11am – 1pm – An interactive learning session on Pregnancy: Preparing for and the journey including exercises you can do. We’ll also talk about complications in Pregnancy and how to manage. We’ll talk about Labour & Birth and the choices you have. Get all your questions on this answered by the Gynecologist!
1.00pm – 2pm – LUNCH:
2pm – 3.30pm – This is a session you cannot miss with the Paediatrician. Come and learn about preparing and caring for your baby, vaccinations, growth milestones, sleep amongst other topics. We’ll also talk about eczema, colic and other complications. You’ll also learn all about breastfeeding, expressing milk, storage and all. You’ll have ample time for Q&A.
4pm – 5.30pm – The Nutritionist will talk about mum and baby’s nutrition. What do you eat? How much do you eat? Must you drink porridge and soup to breastfeed? How do you loose your weight? How about complementary foods for baby? Which foods are best for weaning? Many, many questions which will all be answered.
All sessions will be great interactive sessions. We’ll have giveaways too! You’ll meet great brand and service providers who take care of Mummy and her little one! Mark the date and come with a friend!
