Baby position

Hey am 32 weeks and my baby turned to a breech position. Is there anything I can do to help her go back to normal and what would cause this change?

Most babies who are in the breech position at 32–34 weeks turn themselves into a headfirst position. If your baby is still breech at 37 weeks then you can discuss with your doctor about your options.
You can plan and attend a prenatal class or Lamaze class where they could teach you a few exercises that may aid in turning your baby. Taking walks or swimming is a good way to encourage your baby to turn. A favorite exercise for this is the pelvic tilt exercise where you Position yourself on your hands and knees and do the following exercise
Exercise:
Tighten stomach muscles and arch back toward the ceiling. Hold.
Tighten buttocks, pelvic floor and back muscles and arch back to produce hollow pose. Hold.
