Hi Baby Banda. I am one of the mums to be who enjoyed your recent fair at the Sarit Centre. I learnt a lot as new mum to be. Now I have a few questions: 1). I have 4 weeks to my EDD but I have a challenge when sleeping. When I stretch at night, I feel some pain. What could the problem be? 2). When I walk, I feel some discomfort. Does it mean the baby is preparing its way? 3) My voice has changed due to a cold. Is this normal? 4) My lips are becoming darker and darker like baby’s is it normal?
Congratulations mama! You are nearing the end of your journey. All the challenges and discomforts you are experiencing are normal at this stage. Your baby is lower in your pelvic cavity so you will feel it as you do your normal activities. Try to change positions often, wear comfortable shoes and you can use the Baby Banda wedge pillow to support your back when seated. The color change on your lips is normal and evens the voice; these are brought on by hormonal changes and will revert back to normal once you deliver.
